Radio RST ist das Lokalradio für den Kreis Steinfurt. Es wird in Rheine produziert. Radio RST ging am 21. September 1991 auf Sendung und bekam seine Lizenz von der Landesanstalt für Medien Nordrhein-Westfalen (LfM). Chefredakteurin ist Andrea Stullich.
