Heritage Station broadcasting from northwest Alabama in what is known as "the Muscle Shoals area". WZZA launched on July 4th 1972 by Bob Carl and Odessa Bailey. Today station operations are overseen by Mrs. Odessa Bailey as station manager, and her daughter Tori as general manager. WZZA has operated continuously since 1972, providing the best in soul and gospel music (current and retro) with live and responsive radio announcers.
