WHUP incorporates the long-established strengths of community radio, specifically host-driven programming that relies on the knowledge, skills, passions and personalities of the hosts. WHUP has an array of locally produced programming that reflects the diversity and interests of the community throughout the greater Triangle area. WHUP has a special focus on live music and offer an alternative to traditional, show-based programming blocs.
