The Refuge

Refuge Radio (originally WNCB) was founded in 1981 as an outreach to youth and young adults in the city of Duluth. Today, over thirty years later, we remain committed to that cause. Refuge Radio is an alternative to other media. We know that media has a huge impact on shaping the values of our society; because of that Refuge Radio is committed to providing media outlets through social networking and our broadcast programming that support the body of Christ and the values we believe as followers of Jesus.
