Radio Bolivariana, the cultural radio station of the Pontifical Bolivarian University (UPB), is celebrating its 75th anniversary. Founded in 1948, it has been a cultural beacon in Colombia, connecting audiences with history, literature, music, and knowledge. It is recognized as the first university radio system in Antioquia and serves as a social, participatory, and cultural platform with an educational, cultural, and evangelizing focus. To commemorate its 75 years, the station will host a free concert on September 11th featuring violinist David Rivera and the UPB Choirs.
