Primantenna FM originated in the mid-1970s as Radio CDL, a local station in Castiglione del Lago, initially managed by a Monsignor and later by his nephew and sons. It quickly expanded its reach across parts of Umbria and Tuscany, broadcasting musical and cultural programs. In the 1980s, the station was renamed Primantenna and relocated its headquarters to the historic center of Perugia, continuing to innovate with new programs and attract collaborators from other stations. Today, it offers music, news, and live radio programs.
