Owl Radio, also known as the Low Vision Resource Center, is a San Antonio-based service dedicated to empowering individuals with low vision. Their radio reading service provides news, stories, and companionship 24/7 to those who cannot access traditional print. In the past year, Owl Radio provided over 4,500 radios to individuals with low vision and logged 5,786 hours of volunteer service.
