Lifted Life

Our aim is to bring the joy of the Lord to both believers and those who have yet to believe. The main medium we use is music. This is in accordance with God’s word in Psalms 95 v 1 which says ‘Come, let us sing for joy to the Lord; let us shout aloud to the Rock of our salvation
Do we play gospel music? No. Do we play spiritual and inspirational music? Yes. The Bible says in Colossians 3 v 16 – ‘Sing psalms and hymns and spiritual songs to God with thankful hearts
Music itself is spiritual, and is an expression of praise to God for his glory, as it states throughout Scripture. The lyrics to those songs can bring gladness to the lonely heart, life to the crushed spirit and remind us of the depth of love, as so beautifully represented in the ultimate song, the Songs of Solomon
So, let’s connect to the Holy Spirit through the wonderful gift of music and lift our hearts and minds to him. As we listen to the lyrics of those songs, let them be your prayer of love to him, let them remind you of God’s love for you and let them speak the words your broken heart cannot find.
