Uplifting nostalgic entertainment and reminiscence therapy from the 1920s to the early 1960s, together with current information regarding health, diet, pensions, etc, and dance and exercise for physical health. The station broadcasts on DAB, FM and online. It creates a sense of value and self-worth for its staff and audience and gives a voice to a section of the community who are often segregated, generally undervalued and grossly under-served by the media.
